  Off the beaten track, GREAT beach for swimming, surfing, fishing, and sandboarding, about a 1/2 he north of Jurien Bay.

  Lovely scenery, and area. Rough toilets and you have to keep the noise down by 9pm..
  Firewood stolen also.

  Plenty of sites. Beautiful beach with dunes at the Waters edge. Gary was great. Very helpful and friendly

  If you like cheap camping by the beach this one is for you. For $20 a night you get basic toilet facilities, beautiful beaches and total relaxation. Even an on-site coffee van. One of our favourite places to unwind and watch the sun go down. Each time we have been, we have seen different things here. The dunes are amazing and keep an eye out while climbing them. We came across a 2m python half way up one of the dunes when we were heading up to watch the sunset from the top. Nature at its best. Sandy Cape, you never disappoint! We will be back!

You can call the Shire's visitor centre on (08) 9652 0870 in the days leading up to the long weekend - they get updates from the caretakers and rangers about availability in peak periods.
