  Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff. Was a wonderful experience and the staff really took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable on board.

  I am very impressed with the level of service from this company operated by a family of 4. I got to see many actions by the whales & 1 dolphin on 17 June. We also saw an albatross flying around which was a rare sight according to the locals. The captain ensured that the 2 hours was worth every single cent you pay for.
  
  I think Leanne did a wonderful job of ensuring that everybody was comfortable on board and knew what to do. When many of the adults were throwing up due to the motion of the sea, she and her daughter went round offering ginger & lemon tea to ease the nauseous & also distribute blankets as the wind was quite cold.
  
  Clearly, I can tell that they are not just interested in just taking passengers to see whales but also in their welfare while on board their ferry.
  
  Kudos to the team work displayed as a family! ????
