After deciding to get back into running after an extremely long break I was suffering terribly with aching ankles, knees and feet in general. Unfortunately I also had some painful blisters under my toenails.
Rino sent me off for X-rays and developed a plan of action to get me back on track. Rino was always ready with words of encouragement and gave me an exercise program that was easy to follow and enabled me to feel the results.
I am happy to say that my running has improved and the pain in my ankles and knees is no longer there.I would highly recommend Rino if you are having issues with your feet.
