  I have been working with Sam McDonald At the
  Baldivis Jetts Centre for chronic back and neck issues. I am 55 yrs old. He is a terrific Exercise Physiologist. Very knowledgeable, reliable, encouraging and courteous. The exercises he has coached me are helping free up my back and neck.

  Sam truly knows his stuff. Very approachable and well worth seeing him for anything rehab or exercise related.

  Sam is a great trainer - thorough, personable, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I've achieved great results during regular sessions with him and am feeling fitter than I have in ages.

  I went to Sam a few months ago for help with RSI and tendinitis. Since I began training with Sam, my symptoms have decreased dramatically Sam is very professional knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking rehab assistance and advice.

  I've been working with Sam the last couple of months working on my sciatic and all round fitness. He understands my needs and wants and has improved my injury alot! Definitely recommend him to anyone ????
