    Dr John Ku is very thorough in examining the root issue. Correct posture & exercise was all it needs to fix the pain. Receptionist staff very helpful too.

    Thanks to Dr, Thung Guan Low, he has been very polite and helpful! A great practitioner! Happily recommend him! Staff members also polite easy and quick service happily recommend Thornlie Medical Centre.

    Website states they bulk bill Under 16’s.
    My son is under 16 but was told he would be charged full fee for first visit.
    I chose this clinic because of Bulk billing, (simple visit).
    There is no mention of this exception on the website which is misleading.
    They need to mention this on the website, not after patient has been seen by Dr.
    Staff pleasant enough but was not aware of the error.
