  How to get here .. Catch Transperth Bus No 231 or 232 from Gosnells train Station...
  Is a Season lake ......Wet in Winter,dry in Summer.
  Lovely place to walk around and enjoy the nature .......
  Lots of Flora and various species of Waterbird ..... , Cockatoo , Red tail Black Cockatoo.
  Winter and spring..... is the best to take pictures ,while the lake is full of water........
  There are barbecues, playground ( Shade sails ) and public toilets available. ...
  Nice place to take pictures,close to the nature and share, lots of scenery .....
  Signage of Flora and Fauna are important for people , they gain knowledge from it . .....
  There are volunteer workers from City of Gosnells , look after them every Monday ....

  What a lovely place in suburbia, Gosnells gets a bad wrap..but like everthing in life.. beauty can be found..took dogs for early morning walk around, Mary Carroll Park .noticed bbq,kids play area.seats an wild life awesome!. Shady spots as well.

The Mary Carroll Park wetlands, in the heart of Gosnells, provide a very important breeding, roosting and summer refuge site for local and international waterbirds. Mary Carroll Park was named in 1971 in honour of Mrs Mary Carroll, a well-known teacher at nearby Gosnells Primary School in the first half of the twentieth century.
