Initially, when searching online, I was concerned that I was not able to touch and feel the rug first, however, the rug is beautifully soft with a very attractive design at a fantastic price. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases. Thank you!

(June 8, 2016, 3:04 am)We were a bit wary of ordering a hall runner we'd never seen or touched but liked the Chevron Multi pattern so much we thought we'd give it a shot. We were not disappointed! Although it said online that it would have to be back ordered, I rang and spoke with them on the phone and was happy to wait however long it took which ended up being not long at all.
The communication was excellent and it showed up so fast. It looks stunning in the hallway, feels wonderful under my feet and even the dog has taken to lying down on it which he didn't do with the last one we had (hopefully I'll put a stop to him doing that though).
Thanks again. We'll certainly know where to come next time and have already been telling people about you!
