  We have recently completed renovations on our home and a new fire place was to be our main Centrepiece. We obtained quotes from Bunbury and Perth and found Perth to have a cheaper quote and decided to purchase from Perth. After discussing the logistics of getting the fireplace to Bunbury we thought we would visit Hearth House in Bunbury and compare costs. From the moment we approached them they were very willing to go through our plans and discuss costs.
  In the end it wasn't about cost to us as they made sure through every part of our renovations they were available to make it easier. The ongoing service to get our app organised so we could operate the fire away from home and the work completed for us, we could only highly recommend them. Any savings from Perth would have been lost in extra costs and stress.
  We were so grateful to deal with Miles and on a local basis and re-inforced the reasons for buying local. It would have been a nightmare getting the fire organised through Perth. Miles was extremely accommodating and willing to attend or organise any assistance when required. It was not a straight forward process when renovating, but we could not speak more highly of the service received to make it as easy as possible.
  We would always deal through Hearth House in the future and grateful for the service provided. We could not be happier with our new fire and how it fits into our home as our show piece. Thank you Miles and Hearth House.
