  I've not given 5 stars to any one yet... Till now. Being a former chef myself trained at high end eateries, I'm just so glad to have come here. Had the bacon egg pocket and another time the wrap and have been impressed with the service, quality of ingredients and passion exuded with the execution of dishes served. Small place, good food, reasonable prices. Makes me want to retire now and start my own! Well done to the owners!

  Possibly the best burgers in WA, the owners are fantastic and very passionate about their food and service.
  
  Everyone should give this place a go atleast once and watch themselves coming back for more! I have ordered many meals through uber eats and have never once being disappointed.
  
  My only regret is that I don't have an opportunity to visit this place in person more often!

  Had a lunch in the cafe. I can feel the chef has a big passion of her food. She even makes all bread they are using in the cafe. Yes the bread is beautiful. I had a fish dish and I feel the all ingredients are fresh and well prepared. The front manager is also extremly nice. Big smiles and he actually focus on clients’ needs. I highly recommend this cafe. Although it is small cafe but the quality is much better than any franchise cafe.

  Had breakfast there this morning cafe is well decorated and quite airy considering the small shop front. Food was excellent french style cafe food with modern presentation bread and pastries prepared by their chef. Price was exceptional under 30 for two meals and drinks. Would definitely try again to explore their menu. Took home brownie to eat later two thumbs up!

  My Partner and I had the pleasure of having breakfast at PaineAt, the food was amazing and the service was the best I had ever seen. The Chef greeted us and talked about some of the ingredients used after we had finished our meal, was very pleasant and inviting. We will be back!
