I just wanted to share with anyone looking at having their property managed by an agent who treats the responsibility as if it was his own investment. Jim Dandris constantly gives me updates not only on the home itself but just sound advice also. I love that he rings me before I even think of the question I should be asking him. Where world class service is hard to find i thought it was appropriate to try and support a man who has supported my family for years. I don't haggle his more than reasonable fees why would i he has saved me a fortune over the years with his attention to detail.

Jim Dandris was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He assisted me with finding a rental and explained the pros and cons of several options. In the end I am happily sorted in my new place. I found him to be very down to earth yet utterly professional. He even helped me install my washing machine!!! What real estate agent would do that for you?? He was on time and polite and has been equally helpful since I've moved in. Highly recommend him if you want to speak to a "real" person in real estate!
Had a great experience renting with Holland Price. While their somewhat informal style of business might not be everyone's cup of tea it meant we could call our agent Jim whenever and always have a timely response. He was also a great mediator between us and the land lord, and looked to give everyone a fair deal.

Recently leased a property from Holland Price and found the experience to be pretty good. I paid my rent and they handled the repairs. I had a good relationship with the property manager and they were easy to deal with.
