GWS Mazda Glenwaverley was where i purchased my Mazda CX5 AWD 2022 model. The service from staff and colleagues was exceptional and the salesmen for the car, Luky did a really professional job and madesure everybody knew what was going on and looked after me as a customer.I was really happy with my purchase and the service and support that was given by GWS Mazda. They were fair and honest on trade ins and acted swiftly and effeiciently on getting the car imported in.

Today I was totally blown away by the exceptional service offered by Garry & Warren Smith Mazda in Springvale road. My old 2006 Tribute whose radio code I had misplaced was sorted out by the service agent and technicians at the branch and not for one second did they say we cannot do it or this will cost you $XXX to correct. The friendly and can do attitude from Ian (on the phone) and Brett (at the service desk) was something I have just not seen around in a while and I can tell you that I wish more places could learn from the positive attitude you guys have at your work. I would serious give you guys 10 Stars if that was an option. Thanks so much for the help...a great experience without a doubt today.

Booked in my Mazda 6 for a left hand side only paint protection to be reapplied due to panel work performed on my vehicle some 6 weeks ago. From the welcome at front desk by Jackie, to being offered courtesy bus upon leaving my vehicle, to then being picked up by the Mazda courtesy bus at the correct time arranged, went all so smoothly.
Upon seeing Linda to pick up my vehicle, I noted that it was completely detailed with overall paint protection, not just the side panel. Linda had supervised the complete detailing in such a superior and expert manner. Such a lovely surprise and unexpected, but that loyalty to Mazda does pay off and Andrew Reynolds to be congratulated on such caring and wonderful staff which I can proudly call 'family'.
Thank you Andrew, Linda, Jackie and staff for ensuring a professional and smooth experience with Mazda, once again. You went over and above what was asked of you.
Keep up your great work, its why you are on the map for being such a wonderful team and dealership. You shine and so does my car!
