I can see lots of kids spends their afternoon here doing home works
Also, melton council has their branch here in the library hence can pay house rates while kids borrowing books -

(January 8, 2019, 11:58 pm)The general layout, the books, and the staff are fine. But this place servers as a KINDERGARTEN first, and sometimes as a quiet peaceful library... you'll hear kids crying, shouting, running around carelessly. I understand the urge for getting children involved in library and learning activities, but I am strongly against doing those activities in the open where everybody else needs silence. There should be dedicated rooms or locations suitable for those activities.
