  Fantastic spicy ramen, the egg was especially delicious. Lovely customer service too. Definitely worth a visit.

  Delicious food! A wide range of options on the menu and friendly and helpful staff. Try the super spicy ramen! I will absolutely come back.

  The ramen soup wasn't great, I mean, it was more like a casserole broth and the noodles, i suspect, were instant. I think putting our dirty dishes away was a turn off too. The staff were good though

  I tried a Vegan Ramen when the store was opened for the first time in late 2019, the broth was delicious with creamy flavour, however I found a small piece of shard of plastic in the broth i think it was from the plastic utensil I showed it to the manager and discard it, It was first day for them and the shop was really busy, service was slow, so i didn't complain. I have visited this shop few more times after that, the service is superb, i believe it is the owner he is really friendly and the Ramen is good, I do recommend it, but due to the experience i had on the first day, I will only give them ratings of 3.5 however I will visit the shop again in future.

  It was nice! The staff was so sweet and kind, even added in the extra noodles i asked for! Theres so much i didnt try my only regret was not bringing enough to buy the whole menu. The atmosphere is so relaxing and just.. Homey.

The noodles were the only thing that I believe could be improved but were acceptable. Loved the decor and service. Taking your dirty plates to a good counter is a very Japanese thing to do and I quite like being thanked for performing such a simple task. I will be back to try some of Shinya Ramen's other styles of ramen.
