  I have been working with Jade from Healthy Society to help balance the complexities of work, study, nutrition, exercise and overall health. Jade has been guiding me with what foods work best for me using PH360 and focusing on movements that keep me mobile and pain free. As like many that lead busy lives its important to have balance in these areas so you can perform at your best. Jade has been a great support and key to keeping me on track with my goals.   I highly recommend Larissa and the Healthy Society team! Larissa is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable health professionals I have ever been to. It is fantastic to be able to have both the naturopathy and fitness elements managed together in one place.

  Larissa is the most knowledgeable PT I've ever met. Her holistic approach combines tailored training sessions with health & nutrition advice. She helped me to get fit & fabulous for my wedding & has kept me motivated and energised through the chaos of COVID-19. Whether our sessions be via Skype or in-person, I know I can trust her to push me hard, but never exceed my limits. Sarah
