(December 3, 2021, 9:44 am)Over the weekend a bracket of a fixed retainer snapped whilst eating dinner, leaving a piece of metal dangling in my mouth. After calling many Orthodontists in Melbourne the earlier available appointment was in March (3 months away).
I made contact with Dr Cunning in my hometown of Bendigo and she advised an appointment was available this week.
Upon arriving to this practice you can instantly see the quality new equipment, furnishing and comfortable atmosphere the practice provides.
Dr Cunning was extremely pleasant and explained the options available to me. Dr Cunning removed the broken bracket and also re-bonded and reworked the retainer to make it more durable going into the future. The entire process was seamless and efficient with a less intrusive retainer that feels more resistant to the biting force.
Well done to Dr Cunning and her team for creating a modern, professional and quality orthodontic practice in Bendigo. I will happily make the trip from Melbourne anytime I need Orthodontic work in the future.
