  The only reason this place was ok was it's allied staff and some of the nurses and one NUM She had Red hair as Have l but that's all the
  shared publicly accessible things we have ,we both have strong beliefs in treating everyone as equals.
  The accepted culture of this place is that it is ok for staff to stand and yell.... because they are deaf you know...have you opened your bowels,? and they don't speak English so then we get poo poo have you done pooh-pooh? To which the 3lderly Lady smiles.They go on there way job done.G rant social worker excellent kept me from leaving,but in a place that is so run down it would be hard to do your best.l will never go back
