  If you buy your tools from anywhere else then you haven't done your research. These guys know their stuff.
  When I'm spending my hard earned money I want to be comfortable. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I occasionally look at another supplier but always come back. Thank you guys.

  Hands down the best, and only tool shop worth dealing with. Lachlan always sorts me out for anything I need!
  
  Enthusiastic and friendly every time I call or drop in. If they don't have something, He'll find it for you. Its rare to find somebody as knowledgeable as him.

  The lads at Sydney tools Carrum are second to none. Exceptional customer service, exceptional knowledge on there products and always a pleasure to deal with.
  Jarred and Cam are the guys I normal go to see for all my tools. I can’t praise these two highly enough.
  They are always friendly, respectful, put there customers needs on priority and all round great fellas!!
  If a tool is out of stock. Jarred and Cam are on the phone straight away chasing other stores, for the tool I need. 9/10 it’s in my hands within 24 hours. If not the same day.
  
  Competitors total tools Carrum downs are unfortunately the opposite. Poor customer service, you feel guilty asking questions about there products, they don’t want to help, They hardly try budge on there already expensive prices, they are not friendly. All round not a pleasant experience.
  
  This review is not to bad mouth or put down total tools Carrum downs. This review is simply my personal experiences with both stores.
  If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, great tools and all round great experience. Sydney tools Carrum downs is the go to.

  I just purchased a heap of stuff from here and the service was outstanding. Peter was informative, patient & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend speaking to Peter if you need a hand with anything. Customer service was incredible, pricing was brilliant and I am a very happy customer. Thank you :)
