  I have had the best experience with this office. Chris is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the properties I came to inspect. The Department Manager Chris have gave me alot of his time. I am grateful to the professional manager Chris where he helped me and my friends get a house to live.I recommend dealing with Chris. You might have a family yourself so you'll be pleased to know Harry has his two sons working for him in both property management and sales so the family touch and empathy you look for in an agent is evident from the environment that exists. The workplace culture is one of honesty, attention to detail and reliability. Harry hand picks his auctioneers; whom have all gone on to collect sales accolades and the property managers actually treat you like people... with personal space but support if needed. I urge you to employ their services for sales or other residential needs... for people that wear their shirt with pride and heart on their sleeve because after all... home is where the heart is.

  We have had our property under the management of Barry Plant, Reservoir for more than 3 years and consider that both Chris and Andrew have resolved problems swiftly and to the satisfaction of us, as landlords, and the tenants. They are also appropriately proactive in preventing small issues from becoming larger problems. I have no hesitation in recommending their company as a letting agent.

  I have had the best experience with this company. The leasing Team was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the properties I came to inspect. The Department Manager Chris has been communicative throughout the process and generous with his time even allowing me to view a property after business hours to suit my work schedule. First class experience and amazing properties to choose from. I highly recommend.
