I came to see Aarvi with chronic shoulder pain, which prevented me from progressing in my sport (pole dancing). I had seen other physios without any progress, but only a few weeks after working with Aarvi my persistent shoulder pain was practically gone. Since then, I’ve been able to keep improving in my dancing. Aarvi works holistically, and always seems to improve my spirit as well as my physical self. I recommend to see him if you have an injury or even if you just want a check up as a preventative measure. Aarvi’s your man! 😊

I've been seeing Aarvi for over a year and he's really helped me get my body right. I've carried a couple of niggling injuries that other physios/specialists couldn't solve with my knee and shoulder. Aarvi was able to diagnose and prescribe a program to resolve these frustrating injuries.
He keeps our sessions fun with a sense of humour and helps me to understand what is going on by explaining and showing me where things aren't functioning optimally and what we can do to fix them.

Aarvinder is the best physiotherapist I have been to, as he helps me get back to the sports and movements I enjoy rather than simply advising me to change or stop what i am doing. He has worked to fix nagging injuries and correct technical issues in my movements, which has led me to keep seeing him for over 6 months. I travel nearly 2 hours from Seymour to to see him, as his help and work with me is so important and useful.

Aarvi is the best physiotherapist I have ever been to. I could not walk and had really sever back pain and was pretty much bed written. Seen a number of therapists before Aarvi and he was the only that understood my problem and worked with me and got me walking within the first session and since then helped me get back on track with my daily life and can not thank him enough

Definitely by far the best and have recommended all my friends and family to him and they have said the same

I tried few other physios to treat an injury to my knee and none had made the impact that Aarvinder has! He really has a genuine approach to recovery and could not recommend him enough. More than just a booking and a genuine road to recovery!
