  I really can't express how much FusionMA has become a part of my family. This club has helped me teach my daughters so much about being a strong positive person and to believe in themselves.
  
  My eldest daughter at the age of 10 achieved her Black Belt and is also a valued member of the Competition Team and has competed at State & National levels. My 6 year old daughter is also given the same opportunities to compete and absolutely loves it! Team FusionMA is an extended family to them.
  
  The opportunities that Ton, Syasya & Con are offering to compete at the highest levels is truly amazing and I trust these 3 with the training & care of my girls.
  
  One of the best things is that I get to train at the same centre as my girls in the Fitness Kickboxing classes (great mix of cardio, core strengthing, weights, Taekwondo, MMA & Boxing). These classes have given me back my fitness and confidence and I absolutely love the people I get trained by and train with. You can go as hard as you want or pull back where you need and the trainers/coaches know exactly what they are doing and care about your overall wellbeing.

  Not recommended for petite Asian ladies. I trialled a Fitness Kickboxing class. Perhaps I should not have trialled on a 37 degree day. But I did my best. Big Samoan/Kiwi man instructed. The women trained at the same level as the men. There was no kicking, and only two minutes of boxing, almost right at the end. The trainer did not adjust the training level to factor in the heat, or my size (5 foot 2, forty kilos). Lots of running, situps, push-ups, heavy kettlebells, with no breaks. He gave me a 12 kilo kettlebell before I objected (because of my sensitive back). Completely inappropriate for my size. I know because I am a qualified PT as well. While I recovered from general muscle soreness within two days, MY ABS ARE NOT THE SAME. I HAVE AN ABDOMINAL STRAIN. As a dancer and someone who does my own stretch/exercise session every morning, I am NOT HAPPY with what happened and the trainer's approach. A fifty-minute class is 22 dollars, and in such a small space. NOT GOING BACK

  I have been taking my son to the mini-rangers sessions at yarraville three times a week for some time now. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The team at Fusion MA were very welcoming of our family as total newbies to martial arts. The instructors are professional, experienced and know how to teach kids and I have seen my son's confidence improve as a result of his experience here. I really recommend trying it out.

  Thanks to Con and Jake for a really wonderful experience. My 2 boys have been with Fusion for over a year and its been wonderful to see them learn and grow during this time. We felt like we were part of the Fusion family and never 'just another customer.' Thanks again for all your work!
