  I've been working with Ben for over 4 months now and it's been such a great decision.
  He's been able to assist with creating a plan that suits my dynamic lifestyle between training and work. I've noticed the gains already and these have been reflected in the gym.

  BEST INVESTMENT I'VE EVER MADE !!
  
  I've just completed my first 6 months with MTMM and have seen so many improvements in quality of life, health and overall happiness.
  
  I started off as the stereotypical gym junkie looking to get back into it post-covid; but after 2+ years of developing bad habits and a toxic relationship with food, I had no idea where to start. I was paired up with Ben, and to get straight to the point, my results thus far are as follows:
  
  -down 20kg in body weight
  -went from no physical activity at all to now averaging 15k-20k steps/day (now mostly running) and 5 gym sessions/week
  -down to 2 coffees/day
  -no reliance on any gym supplements, just whole foods
  -better sleep and overall mood and energy levels
  -much healthier relationship with food
  -achieved all of the above while maintaining a slight calorie deficit (no starvation/yo-yo dieting) and some flexibility in my food sources (love me a good burger at times hehe)
  
  I'm signing up for another 6 months to see how much closer Ben can help get me to better health and peak performance in the gym/on the track (and visible abs FINALLY !!). If you have any of the above goals and are looking for science-backed guidance, a support network and ultimate accountability, I highly recommend MTMM !!

  I've been with the MTMM team for over 6 months now and it has, without a doubt changed my life. My relationship with food and the decisions I make have changed in such a positive way. I've worked with coach Ben and the support and guidance he gives me is so targeted and thorough. He genuinely understands my journey and I feel comfortable speaking with him about anything. The whole team is so knowledgeable and really practice what they preach, I guarantee you wont be disappointed! 5/5

  I joined the mtmm team 2 months ago and it has been an amazing amazing journey. I've been working with Katrina for 2 months now and I'm so happy with my progress. She is absolutely amazing!!! Shes extremely supportive and empathetic. I believe that one of Katrina's strongest attributes is that she makes the action plan so simple and practical. I've lost a dress size in 2 months. I've kicked my sugar addiction issue. My skin is glowing. I'm so happy. Thank you so much Katrina. You're the best!!!
