(December 2, 2022, 4:49 am)I have been a patient of this medical clinic a very long time and all the doctors are nice and very good at what they do and I am more than happy with them. The reception staff who represent this clinic are rude, passive aggressive and unhelpful whether on the phone or in the clinic they are rude.
Today I witness one of the reception team not help to an elderly lady who walked out upset I was appalled, the Reception team is the face of this clinic and they need to be better at their jobs have some compassion and be helpful your dealing with the sick and venerable people who just need some assistance not attitude!
