I have thoroughly enjoyed training at this gym. Rod is very dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all of his clients and genuinely cares about all of them. Thank you for getting me into shape! I highly recommend this gym to all!
Having trained with Rodney on and off for years, his knowledge, facility and PT training is first class. You should definately check out the gym.
