  The family stayed for one night here in room 10. The room was not luxurious but very clean and comfortable and in line with our expectations of a resort style accommodation. There are good facilities for the kids and my son enjoyed it.

  Located in Philip Island. There are rooms and whole housing units available. Maintenance can be better. Everything works but there is something lacking for that wow factor.

  We stayed in the motel room part of the resort. It was a clean, nice room. Pleased with it for the most part, only minor thing was that the towels were the lintiest towels ever.

  Spacious, grassy sites. Can use pool and spa. Very clean and nice amenities. Very helpful staff.

  Family rooms are very clean. Renovated.
  Clean linen. Everything is white and pleasant.
  Comfortable beds.
  Extremely hot days A/C was great.
  Walking distance to beach, town and restaurants, and everything.
  Kids loved the pool and spa.
  
  Only negative thing is plated, cups and mugs were not clean/not washed properly, perhaps by the previous people.
