(February 2, 2019, 4:22 am)Probably one if the best lakes I have ever visited as it's decent in size and water is blue, drive around the lake in 7 mins for amazing views and walking is 6 kms which is worth it. There are picnic spots all around the lake and all are pretty decent. Views form different spots are stunning. Close to Ballarat CBD and tram ride for adult $5 and children $ 2 next to the lake. Botanical Gardens opposite to the lake. Ample parking available.
