  Now this is a place worth visiting. It's not exactly upmarket but the girls here go well beyond the point of perfect when making their food. I purchased some sandwiches and loved them and then the coffee was pretty damn good and with the lake right there across the road what more could you want. Parking can be a bit dodgy but park a bit further away and a leisurely stroll to the cafe stimulates the appetite and a stroll near the lake back to the car makes for a great day in Ballarat.

  This little gem is a great stop to refuel. Everything is home made and delicious. Old fashioned cakes and pies, pasties and sausage rolls. Homemade soups and salads are always tasty. Very small eating area but you can take away too.
