  I have a relative there who is easy going and rarely complains, however the meals are monotonous, lacking in variety and the food often sub-standard. They do not have a professional chef, and from what I understand one of the kitchen staff was promoted to head cook when the former chef resigned. Not very satisfactory when meals are the highlight of the day for many residents and should be something to be looked forward to.

  Very impressive to look at. But not happy with mix of staffing levels. Only one Div 1 nurse some of the time for 144 residents. No way. Unsafe, though much cheaper.
