  When tenants and agents disagree on various aspects of a tenancy or end of tenancy, it is easy to become disgruntled.
  Nicole's issues that she raised were adjudicated by the Tribunal. It is in these forum that disagreements can be raised and assessed by an independent adjudicator.
  In respect of the things she has raised in her review, we have acted in direct accordance with the ruling of the Tribunal. I welcome anyone who is concerned about her review to contact me and I will be more than happy to discuss in further detail.
  In conclusion, perhaps Nicole may like to share the Tribunal rulings on here to substantiate her review

  I have rented several homes over the past decade, and as a result I have dealt with many different land agents. Altus have by far been my best rental experience so far. They are friendly, and incredibly punctual in responding to any of the maintenance issues I have had. Their communication and care are wonderful. The handy men and tradesmen they outsource these tasks to are also friendly, and get the job done.
