  I'd love to give the top score. These guys seem pretty good operators. Well spocke engaging and polite... They did up sell me on the service I recieved after I dropped past to have my aircon re-gassed after being drawn in by the "whilevyou wait" offer It required a part fitted which substantially increased the cost. I did investigate the average cost of the said repair on the net and they came within the parameters. I believe I was given good advice but for extra reassurance I like to see the old part. The new part looked pretty beat up but after looking on the internet it appears that is how they are. Unfortunately a small clip holding my grille was broken in the process. I know the clip was OK beforehand because I have broken them myself and had to replace them after working on the vehicle.
  
  Would have much preferred them to tell me or at the very least tied it back with a cable tie.
  
  Other than that pretty happy with the job.

  I took my Ford Focus RS to Ultra Car Care because my father recommended to do so.
  Of course I was a little hesitant at first, being a high performance turbo hatchback.
  
  But after the 5min conversation with Tony and Ben I knew this was the right place to be for the vehicle.
  He explained everything I needed to know about the RS and also gave me an approximate price for the service, which was spot on when I went to pay the invoice.
  .
  I will also mention that when I arrived there Tony and Ben were busy and I was greeted by Shane (Hope that's his name lol) another worker at the front desk that was very helpful with all my questions.
  Also when I picked up the vehicle the other guy (didn't get his name) was explaining some details of the service, which was very assuring.
  
  So until next service which I will definitely be going back to, keep up the fantastic work guys.??

  Great quality and honest service! The trustworthy team are always super friendly and willing to go the extra mile - they even give me a free loan car! They always complete the service in a timely manner and never any nasty surprises when I get the invoice. I definitely recommend this workshop for a hassle free and top quality experience!
