  The store is a little cramped but it's managable. The range of products is quite commendable for a smaller retailer, they've gone for an approach where they have a bit of everything instead of a full lineup of just a few staple products. Unlike many craft stores they have a lot in the way of craft kits for kids, and although they didn't have exactly what went in for, the staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable about the product I was looking for.
  There were a number of items sold out due to Xmas but I was offered alternative products which worked out well. I also received a notable discount for signing up to the in store bonus club on the spot. I hope this store sticks around for a long time.

  The shop can get very busy on some days. The aisles are too narrow & it seems to be overloaded with other craft items. I was trying to find an embroidery wooden ring,& I asked one of the staff if they had this particular item. It seems they didn't know what it is & I explained what it is but no avail. They told me to try Spotlight in Adelaide,because they are much bigger. So next time I visit,I will go into the city & buy this particular item.

  My daughter was after some art advice and Sarah (I hope I have her bane right) was more than helpful. I’ve gone there with work also and the staff have always been lovely. Good selection of stuff to, I picked up a lettering book.
