(September 11, 2018, 8:57 pm)I went to see Ellen when I was feeling tired, stressed and in need of change. 3 weeks later after following a plan she put in place, I couldn’t even tell you how much better I felt and I am still continuing to feel. Ellen is warm, a wonderful listener and was incredibly supportive throughout the time I went to see her. Would highly recommend to any-one needing to reduce stress and seeking greater wellbeing!

Ellen has recently helped me with my excess weight issues and now I have not only achieved my overall weight goal, but am feeling so much happier and healthier. I have a lot more energy and confidence. Lauren has also been a saviour to me over the last 12 months, giving me advice to help overcome my injuries. Instead of filling my body with chemical based medications, Lauren has suggested more holistic natural options which believe it or not actually help! Thank you ladies
