Can't dispatch in stock parts within a reasonable time frame.

Thank you for you response. To clarify, the order was placed on Friday, your proforma invoice was received on Monday & paid for immediately. The shipment was promised to leave on Monday then subsequently on Tuesday. Your email was only in response to a phone call I had made about 15 minutes earlier inquiring if the goods had left.

I understand the time of year makes thing difficult, but 3 days to dispatch 2 small components that didn't require assembly etc?

& FYI the overnight service didn't arrive until Friday.

Edit - Adam Parsons very proactive to remedy the situation after this review. Credit was offered for any stock that wasn't utilized, but unfortunately everything is required & is in service. There was very little that could have been done after the fact

This is where I work so I'm a tad biased :) but I feel I should definitely put down that we have a great work environment over here in CSA with a very supporting and diverse team and colleagues from all around the world.

The team at Campbell Scientific were just wonderful. The news on Altoview is incredibly exciting. I highly recommend Steve, Alex, Dave, Nikki and the team.

Campbell Scientific provides both quality products and services. The Team there offers repeated quality customer experience to everyone. I would recommend Campbell products where quality& reliability matters.

As consulting structural/mechanical engineers, we work with CSci often. They consistently provide reliable technical advice with regards to product support/specification and/or field support. We would highly recommend working with them in the instrumentation space.
