  Mindi from Flight centre organised our trip in October 2019 to Singapore and Malaysia, originally we were going to HongKong but had to change our destination due to the riots.
  Mindi did everything she could to get us a full refund for HongKong and quickly assist us re-booking everything with minimal extra cost.
  Thanks for your great work, I recommend you to everyone when I talk about travel.

  I found my consultant Teegan to be polite and respectful despite the tedious task of helping me to arrange a holiday we could afford at pretty short notice. One thing to be mindful of though, is that whatever ballpark figure you give them to play with for your costings is what they will give you, no less. If you want them to go cheaper for you then you must give them a lesser figure. My ballpark figure to begin with was $8000 But for me, that was meant to cover everything. Teegan came back with about $8600 and that was without fuel, food and activity or tour costs. So then I took it down lower and we had a cost of $4900 which gave me the leeway to cover our food, fuel, tour costs, travel insurance and car insurance which Teegan said we had to pay on the other end. Unfortunately, what she quoted was not what we ended up paying and the car I requested was not the car we got. However, we still managed to fit our luggage in the smaller vehicle and it was a dream to drive. Also, I requested all accommodation to be ground floor or lift access due to my disability and two of the places that were booked for us ended up being up two flights of stairs. Other than that, everything that was booked met with our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The airline we flew with promised to transport me in a wheelchair from check-in and check out to and from the aircraft and this only occurred once in the four instances. The other three times my husband was forced to wheel me and the luggage to and from the aircraft, up and down very steep ramps. Overall, we were quite satisfied with how things turned out with Teegan and Flight Centre doing the booking for us. On a couple of occasions leading up to the trip, messages failed to reach Teegan about calling me back, but it all worked out in the end. I was quite pleased when Teegan called us the day after our arrival home to follow up on our trip and see how it went and to take note of anything she might need to address and follow up. That is very good service in my opinion. The only part of the service of Flight Centre that I didn't like was the high pressure to make a decision and lock in bookings and then get payment to them ASAP. I found this very distressing and upsetting because we have very little money and we were spending ALL of our savings on this trip so I wanted the time to decide wisely.
