  The Cave has everything that you are looking for in a gym. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting and strongman equipment too. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The change room facilities are amazing too. Membership prices are well priced considering the range equipment on offer. You will be like a kid in a candy shop. Well worth trying out the 5 day trial.

  Awesome gym! Heaps on offer, with nice equipments, a great retail/supplement shop and rock climbing space. Great value for the money. Highly recommended

  Been going to the cave since December last year… basically long story short, I was a smoker, I drank pretty much everyday and I was incredibly unweight and unfit. Due to not only great staff but also the environment we get to work with I’ve been able to gain weight from 58kg to 77kg in over 6 months. I say this because I didn’t expect to be able to commit to the gym due to anxiety and being an introverted person. Neither did the people I told. This gym has given me the push I didn’t know I needed. Also the staff is great! I’ve been working with PT Jonnie! The man is a great guy! Seriously he will help you, he will also check up on you to see how you’ve progressed. So will other staff members. This is a great gym and I feel very welcomed there 😌

  Toowoomba residents, the cave gym is your is the only gym you need! We have 60+ gyms in our town, and they all can't give you the experience that the cave gym offers!
  This place has it all from; top of the line commercial rated gym equipment, variety of group fitness classes, creche, bouldering wall, some of the best PTs in the Industry, supplement store, workout recovery options.
  However the best part of this gym is community environment that the staff and members have created! All are supportive and always up for a good yarn.
  When I'm more permanent in Toowoomba again I'll definitely be returning!!

  Absolutely stunning new facility. Even though I've been a member since the old gym I must admit I do love it more with the bigger space, larger creche, beautiful group fitness rooms and they have their own functional fitness training area. Only place in town that has a rock climbing wall as well. Staff have always been great, friendly and extremely well priced for poor students like me lol. They have a awesome class schedule and their own dedicated yoga/pilates room. So many great classes and friendly people that you don't feel unwelcome or intimidated. I love that the owners priority is keeping their members safe and are not afraid to ban people who are causing problems or are unsafe towards other members. My kids Absolutely love the creche they always asks when we are going back. 🤣 thankyou for a well priced, excellent facility.
