My wife and I attended Dr Schapels rooms and we're at first a bit sceptical as the reviews left by people were not positive, however we booked the appointment and went anyway. We did not have high expectations however he was totally different from the reviews.
Dr Schapel was very friendly and may I say a very old school doctor however he does not mess around with the point and is matter of fact.
Dr Schapel explained everything in detail and he was conducting his consultation in a very funny way and explained everything in detail. He only has an hour to do the consult, however he crams slot of things in. He did tests on my wife and whilst being a gentleman and also thorough in his tests and again explained why he did what he did and his diagnosis and how he arrived at the result.
I would recommend other people to attend his rooms as my wife is from the medical profession and was very pleased and Dr Schapel had delivered beyond our expectations. We would have no hesitation to return, which we are and would like to place our view as we believe Dr Schapel is getting a bad rap which in our experience is not the case. Thank you Dr Schapel for making our appointment enjoyable and for being thorough ????
