  Started CrossFit about 3 months ago since joining CrossFit Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast I've seen amazing results in short period of time. I am stronger, faster, fitter than I have ever been before and I'm never bored with the workouts. The guys at the 'box' have given me a real leg up with nutrition and technique - there's a great sense of community and you get personal attention throughout your WOD. Can't rate the place enough - Brad & Justin you guys a legends, keep up the great work!
