  We have just sold our home through Katrina Schneider from McGrath Estate Agents in Rockhampton and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, dedicated, enthusiastic and genuine person. Katrina goes far and beyond all expectations anyone would have when wanting to sell their home. No request was too small or too big and her contact with us was amazing, as we travel and don’t want to be constantly bombarded with trivial rubbish. Katrina is an excellent go between, problem solver and negotiator if any issues should arise we couldn’t recommend her more highly.

  I didn't always choose McGrath. Every time I was in the market for a new rental it just so happened to be through McGrath (formerly Prime Properties). After 2 years in the same property, Catherine Crane, Karla Ashcroft and the team at McGrath always answer the phone and respond to emails promptly. They are diplomatic and communicative - they're always fair and I'm never out of the loop. It's my pleasure to recommend McGrath Real Estate Agents to everyone!

  We would just like to thank Karla Ashcroft in Property Management for helping us sort out an issue we had with a flatmate. Each time we went into the McGrath Office, Karla always made herself available to speak to us even though we had no prior appointment. Karla was always very professional, friendly and helpful.   Whilst looking for a rental home to move into in the Rockhampton area, Karla went above and beyond to help my family and I to find the perfect place that met all our needs and requirements. This was a much bigger task as i lived in another town. She touched base with me regularly and kept me informed through the whole process. I cannot thank Karla enough for all her help and guidance! I will be recommending her to all my family and friends!

  Over the last few months I've had the pleasure of having Karla Ashcroft and her team in Rockhampton managing my current lease.
  As a tenant, I have nothing but praise for the level of service received.
  The only flaw I can outline in my overall experience is the length of time taken to resolve certain maintenance issues, but this is not through lack of trying from her and her team. As a property manager Karla has gone above and beyond with her hands on approach and willingness to assist where she can and for this I offer my sincerest thanks and praise for whatever it may be worth.
