  Max and i sat down a couple of years ago and looked at our supers we needed to do anything to help us retire we purchased at block in sarina sub devided into 3 and then the big task of finding builders to build on the two back blocks we had many people come out and look quote and talk with us luck for us we took on Madure Jarrod and Kate were just up front honest and amazing we had a few drama,s with colour,s style etc at the end of the day we placed the 2 new town houses in there hands and were just amazed with the build we are lucky enough to have them back here at the end of the month to do there majic on this run down eye sore of a cottage watch for the photos i am excited to see what they come up with this time just with the rain we have had here ova a year after our build we Have had Jarrod in the rain digging to help us these guys are the real deal so very greatful we took the gamble on a new companey in a word we were blessed

  Our Modure Constructions experience started with an interior kitchen and living area renovation and continued with our outdoor living and BBQ area upgrade. From day one we were treated as if we were their only customer such was their focus to turn our ideas and thoughts into reality. We cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, skills, workmanship and project management abilities which all contributed to quality and timely delivery. Nothing was too much trouble right from concept to completion.
  
  Thanks to Jarrod and Kate and your internal construction crews, both yours and their assistance and guidance was very much appreciated.

  We recently renovated our bathroom with Modure Constructions and my husband & I couldn't be happier with the result. Jarrod, Kate & their team were professional & reliable during the whole process. Their workmanship & attention to detail was to the highest standard. Thank you to everyone from Modure for making my ideas for the bathroom a reality.   We had Modure Constructions do a mini makeover for our bathroom and couldn't be happier. Not only were Jarrod and Kate wonderful to deal with, the process from quote to finish was done in less than a week. If you are looking for friendly, quality professionals then you've come to the right place. Would definitely use again.

  Modure Constructions completed our major home renovation from January – March 2016, and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. We spent a few months looking for the right building contractor; someone who was flexible enough to work with our own designs, knowledgeable enough to advise us when we were out of our depth, and realistic in their fees. We found all of this and more with Jarrod and the team at Modure.
  
  Being our third renovation (and the largest so far), we had a good idea of what to expect, but sometimes needed some help planning when things got technical. From the very start, the team were full steam ahead, working very quickly to make our dreams a reality. They kept an extremely clean job site and Jarrod’s communication with us was fantastic – always checking in to make sure our expectations were managed and that we were happy with the progress.
  
  Modure were also excellent with keeping to the budget. Whilst there were some variations to the original job cost due to us changing our mind, or adding to the renovation, we never felt unfairly charged and were satisfied in knowing we were getting real value for money. The quality of work done by Modure was exceptional, and it was obvious how much pride Jarrod had in his team, and the work being done.
  
  Modure Constructions is definitely Mackay’s next big thing – Jarrod and Kate’s dedication to their work is a rare find and we would have no hesitation is recommending Modure Constructions for any type of building project. For anyone looking to renovate, do yourself a favour and speak to Modure when you want a job done right.
