  Not enough accolades for this company ,prompt and courteous service. I have waited for 10 inches of rain before writing review on my roof repairs a job well done and would recommend to anybody looking for repairs to their caravan. Genuine professionals.

  Found Mitch to be very helpful and accomodating. We had a brake problem on the caravan. I called him the night before. Took the van to him. He quickly identified the problem and had the can back to us mid afternoon. Thanks Mitch.????????????????????

  We can not thank Mitch enough for outstanding service. While travelling north to Cairns on holidays, our hot water system in our caravan decided to stop working. At 9-00am on Friday, I rang a couple of caravan places in Mackay to check on availability of a new hot water system and if so, could they possibly fit it as soon as possible. Neither place could do anything until the following Thursday and would need the van for 2 days. The other place gave me a phone number to ring, I left a message and am still waiting for him to ring back. I found “ Yard 5 “ contact number and told Mitch about the problem we had. He said if I bought the new hot water system he could fit it after lunch on that same day as it would only take him a couple of hours. Although he was held up on another job, he assured me that he would get it done that day. He is a man of his word, great guy to talk to, his work is top notch and well priced. Because of Mitch’s effort we were able to continue on our holiday the very next day and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks mate ????????

  Our 20 year old caravan needed to be upgraded, and Mitch has done a superb job. He discussed what would be required in advance, gave us quotes for parts and labour, kept us fully informed as the work progressed and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He went the extra mile for us, doing online research on issues we weren't clear about. We'll definitely be going back to him later this year for some minor remedial work, rather than taking our 'van to the big national caravan chain at the end of our street. He is knowledgeable, flexible, experienced and reasonably priced. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  After I discovered a leak around one window in our caravan I visited Mitch at Yard 5. He explained the sealant had gone hard thus allowing the leak. He suggested he reseal all windows, hatches and the door. We couldn't be happier with his work. He was professional with an excellent eye for detail. The work was completed within the time frame he quoted. We couldn't be happier with his work. He told us of things that needed to be done on a yearly basis. We will definitely be using Yard 5 again.
