    Dear Rod
    You are a true friend of kayakers! Thank you so much for replacing my kayak’s electric pump and switch while I was travelling through Mackay on my way to Airlie Beach. It was such a nasty surprise for me to find the pump did not work on the very night I was loading everything up. You answered my email for help on the same morning I sent it, while travelling up from Newcastle - and everything was fixed that afternoon. I really appreciated your cheery response and your friendly conversation as you did the work for me. Thank you so much again.
