Been going to this practice for 12 years and would not like to go any other place.
Best doctors around. Drs are wonderful very tentative and caring. Small practice so sometimes the wait can be a bit extensive but its worth it. Very clean and roomy invironment. Front counter staff are so friendly sweet and very caring. Qml are just next door. Very happy with everything they provide. Also a good skin cancer clinic. Always happy to help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful service these years i have been going to you.
First off, Dr Sharma is amazing. Best doctor i have found in the area.
But the receptionist i spoke to at 11:19am today was, as usual, abrupt, unprofessional, in compassionate and plain rude. She failed to show any sort of understanding towards my frustration about an ongoing serious medical ailment of my daughters, that i have had to visit the practice about numerous times now. She was so rude, she cut me off during our conversation, then hung up on me without saying goodbye. While i was still speaking!
Shame on you Nina, it is not the first time you have had this attitude with me either
