Communication is a big issue. Id prefer emailing for questions and such to do with the property but the email is not monitored, (why have an email if its not monitored) because what i do for work i can not be interrupted with a phone call in response to a call that I've tried to call in the first place. I'm not going to go too much into detail. So far everything else is fine.
