Our first time exploring the beautiful Stanage Bay and we were lucky enough to have met two very incredible people!
Pirate & Pet welcomed us with their arms wide open, from showers and home cooked dinners to insane Mud crabbing!
Born & bred Pirate shared with us inspiring stories and his life growing up in Stanage Bay while Pet spoiled us with her baking 🏝️👩🍳
People like Pet & Pirate are what make our experience traveling Australia one to remember, a friendship we will be forever grateful for!

(March 7, 2022, 1:30 am)We enjoyed a solid week here at Stanage Bay Fishing Lodge with Jay and Petra and had a lot of fun! Our hosts kindly shared information on the area and even offered to take us out on their boat for a full day of fishing and exploring. The accomodation was amazing and the hosts so kind as to even letting us stay and extra night due to flooded roads on the way home. 10/10! Thanks again guys, you’ll see us all again soon!

Been coming to stanage bay for years, stayed at a few of the other accommodations in town but this is the best by far. Owned by the loveliest couple in town.
Cant fault the fishing lodge 10/10
Cant wait to come back.
If your into your fishing the have a great filleting area to prepare your catch of the day.
