CrossFit Norwest Annangrove has been a CrossFit affiliate since 2008, one of the first in the country. In 2015 we took over the reigns of another CrossFit gym (formerly CrossFit Achilles) and renamed it We Train McGraths Hill. Apart from CrossFit we provide many other fitness-based and community activities for our members. These activities include: Diet challenges, HIIT classes, Kids Fitness, Bootcamps, Sports specific Programs/Camps, Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, Nutrition Guidance, OCR/Spartan and Indoor/outdoor Fitness Training.
