Julie is exceptional in her field. I have frequented psychologists on and off over the years and I happily drive about an hour just to have a session with Julie. Mind you she is most considerate about your schedule and more than flexible enough to make it as easy for you as possible; she's just great! Julie comes across as a very peaceful person with a very practical approach and to me, she also has a kind of sixth sense. She's very present...right there with you...devoid of any of her own agendas, and her presence and few but profound words can be illuminating as you come to your own realizations. Believe it or not, not all psychologists are as good as that. Julie really creates a space where there's only you...and the shift you feel is quite organic. Well that's been my experience anyway, starting with my sessions in her rooms and then evolving long after the sessions are over - quite incredible. I have made some terrific inroads on two separate occasions in the past year or so with each series of sessions after a terrible ordeal as a carer. Don't waste your time and money with a therapist you're not satisfied with. I have seen this put people off therapy. This is not the way you should feel. Julie is totally professional, highly and broadly qualified (browse thru her website) and very effective with the great work she does. She's a gorgeous person too, just gorgeous! Go to Julie...you won't regret it!
