  Credit to the managers and business bankers. Best way to go for business. Extremely happy with service and direct contacts with out banker. Wouldn’t change anything. Very happy. And highly recommend.

  Chantel is fantastic, she was great when we begun the process of purchasing our apartment off-the-plan. She ran all the figures with us, explained all of the possible accounts, the details of loan, and clearly justified why certain options would be best for us. She was very easy to talk to and very "switched on". Sadly Chantel has been away on leave and another staff member handled our account during settlement. This person was highly disorganised, regularly miscalculated and even forgot to fill out our application for the Great Start Grant - so we now must complete the lengthy process ourselves. Melanie, the branch manager, has been a big help in correcting the situation and we're relieved to be back in safe hands. If it wasn't for the difficulties during settlement I would have given 5-stars without hesitation, and I trust it was rare for such errors to occur. Would still recommend :)
