  We had our fabulous beach house built by Gibson Building and we could not be happier. Everything works perfectly, the finish is excellent, and the house itself is a work of art. Kieran Gibson enjoys the building design phase as much as the the actual execution of the design. He provided us with expert advice including issues relating to climate conditions when helping us design our dream beach home. From attention to detail, sticking to the budget, providing great ideas to being available to countless phone/Skype meetings, he was an inspirational, trustworthy, consistent, reliable designer and builder. We could really not ask for more. The building phase was quite smooth, he and his team did all the work for us and we did not have too much to worry about, except make a few decisions here and there, nonetheless, still being greatly involved all the way to the end. We definitely recommend Gibson Building if you are looking for quality, honesty and reliability, whatever your budget is.

  We have no hesitation in recommending Gibson Building after working with Kieran and his team for 2 years to build our award winning duplexes. Building at long distance (we live 550 kilometres away) was potential for disaster but turned out to be a mutually beneficial experience. Gibson Building worked first with our architect to revise the plans to reduce costs, then constructed on time and on budget two adjacent luxury beach houses, with high standards of craftsmanship. Communication and documentation was comprehensive and timely.
  The proof is in the awards won for the buildings; the Wide Bay & State Master Builders Award (MBA), and the Wide Bay/Sunshine Coast & State Housing Industry Award (HIA).

  My wife and I could not possibly recommend Gibson Building high enough. After searching for 2 years for a suitable Architect that seemed to understand our needs and our budget, I was recommended to give Kieran a call. From the initial phone call I knew I had found the person to design and build our dream home. We chose the Design Build system for our dream home as I felt directly speaking to the Builder we were not lost in the Design part but able to look at it from a whole Build perspective as well - right from the start. Kieran showed up where we could save money by tweaking the design but also still being able to meet our needs. He also incorporated an in-depth analysis into the environment in which we were building and how to utilise its benefits such as light, breeze and outlook. His experience is exceptional in the design phase and once the build started, the process was seamless, professional and extremely communicative. His team gave beyond 100% and the final finish on our home completely exceeded our expectations. We are so happy and couldn't recommend Kieran and his team highly enough.

  Our recently completed project

  Gibson Building were more than equipped to handle the project and as such excelled in the
  execution of a high quality build with the utmost attention to detail. The building process was stress free and we felt at ease at all times.
  Gibson Building worked seamlessly with our Architects and brought a professional approach to thetable with an open, honest and transparent relationship.
