(December 7, 2020, 3:38 am)The team at the Plumbing Doctor were very professional from the time I requested their services. They were able to come and see me within 24 hours. Aaron was excellent in terms of unblocking the IO pipe in my back yard and identifying that it was a Council main issue. He logged the job with Council as urgent and the matter was resolved within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend their services and professionalism in getting the job done in a timely manner.

(October 23, 2020, 2:09 am)I have now met two of the plumbers from The Plumbing Doctor Gold Coast and they have been polite, communicative, friendly & efficient. They treated our home with respect and worked in calm and non disruptive manner. We now have a new water filter system under our kitchen sink, fixed leaking tap and water pressure set to legal output. Extremely happy with the level of service and will definitely have them back again. Many thanks, Ryan & Rachel.

He explained in detail what needed to be done and showed me photos of the damaged items that needed to be replaced. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very prompt service. Great price. Five stars in all aspects.

Our hot water stopped overnight and we called The plumbing Doctor
from there phone book add.
Spoke with Julie over the phone she was helpful nice and easy to understand.
Advised same day service and that they would be with us at 2pm.
James gave a call early to say he was on his way and arrived by 2pm Sharp.
James was polite and very understanding.
We are both in our 80s now and like good old fashioned service.
We would 100% recommend The Plumbing Doctor to anyone.
