  Great environment to be in & great coaches. They were very flexible and just happy to be around. Very passionate about bodybuilding but above all just very passionate with helping people reach their goals and to maintain it. Very open, friendly and willing to help you all the way. Thank you both for being awesome for the heart you both have for helping/serving others. Forever grateful to have crossed paths! God bless xx

  Josh and Izzy are amazing people who have a passion and love for what they do! They make you feel welcome and part of their Pro Team family. They will support you and provide you with the knowledge you need to achieve. They provide advice and assistance in all areas you want to achieve your goals. They have provided a wonderful experience for myself starting out and deciding which direction I want to head in for my personal body composition goals. I am thankful and greatful to be apart of their pro team family and have had them apart of my journey.

  Izzy and Josh from The Pro Team are honestly the most professional, supportive and kindest people I know. I’ve always struggled with losing weight in a healthy way, I’ve tried every diet in the books from going vegan to no carbs and so on. Now I’m eating more food than ever and still losing weight! (I used to eat 1000calories, now I’m eating way over that as well as being in comp prep). I can honestly say that my life has turned around in only a short two weeks. I’m a lot happier and I feel like I have a whole new focus and drive. Instead of dreading the day, I’m excited to get up and achieve my goals. I always feel so motivated after my weekly video calls with Izzy and I love the community of The Pro Team and something to work towards every day.

  I joined The Pro Team 6 months ago to prepare for my second Bikini competition. I am 47 years old mum of 2. Not even in the best of my dreams I would have imagined being able to achieve such a massive improvement. Izzy and Josh are the best coaches I have ever had, every day they have something new to teach me, no just in nutrition or training but in a personal level as well. They are extremely professional and keep and eye on every detail to help me to achieve my goals. they are genuine, and unique. They have supported me in every single step to go on stage with an excellent communication.My family says that I look like another person not only physically but also mentally. They are incredible. Being part of the pro team is one of the best decision I have ever made. Additionally, The Pro Team community is amazing, I have met beatiful people to share this journey with

  Josh and Izzy are true professionals who genuinely care about each and every one of their clients. I have had the pleasure of working with them through my first season competing and have received so much support, advice and encouragement from them throughout the whole journey; I wouldn't have achieved what I did without them.
  Being competitors themselves they understand what a difficult process prepping is and always go above and beyond to provide high quality and individual programs, advice and support.
  The team environment that they have created is what sets The Pro Team apart. Being welcomed into a group who have similar values and goals, where everyone encourages each other to be at their best and celebrates each others' successes is like having another family.
