(January 27, 2019, 9:01 am)Blossom Bakery is at Trinity Park just Sth of Trinity Beach. This is a unique bakery as it does Asian style breads. The Brioche here is a standout as is the Chiabata breads. The range of Brioche sweet breads is considerable. Defiantly worth the drive up there. Consider seating down with a coffee and sweet bread for morning tea.

(August 2, 2018, 4:38 am)Decent little bakery with quality food and very good for the money. Staff are lovely and they deal with large amounts of school children politely with the high school nearby.
